Dokumentációs gyakornok

Ebben a gyakornoki poziban a QA Compliance csapat munkáját fogod támogatni az alábbi feladatokkal:

• Dokumentumok és nyilvántartások előkészítése, formázása és karbantartása a vállalati előírásoknak megfelelően.

• Dokumentumok feltöltése és kezelése elektronikus dokumentumkezelő rendszerekben a szükséges betanítást követően.

• A dokumentumok felülvizsgálatának támogatása a verziótörténet, a feladatok és a felülvizsgálati határidők nyomon követésével.

• Az archiválási, visszakeresési és alapvető nyilvántartási feladatok támogatása a minőségbiztosítás, törzskönyvezés és az auditokra való felkészültség érdekében.

• Áttekinthető és pontos táblázatok, valamint egyszerű jelentések készítése Word és Excel használatával.

• Együttműködés kollégákkal az információk összegyűjtése és a dokumentumokkal kapcsolatos kérdések megoldása érdekében

Elvárások:

• Nappali tagozatos egyetemi hallgatói jogviszony Magyarországon belül (preferáltan természettudományi, élettudományi vagy műszaki területen) - aktív státuszban

• Heti 20 óra vállalása (legalább fél éven át)

• Középszintű angol nyelvtudás

• Erős részletorientáltság és pontosság a dokumentumok kezelésében
