En BBVA nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Ejecutivo/a PYME para incorporarse al equipo de nuestra sucursal de SANTA FE
Buscamos una persona con marcado perfil comercial, orientación al cliente y experiencia en el segmento PyME, que quiera desarrollarse acompañando a empresas en sus necesidades financieras y en el crecimiento de sus negocios.
Responsabilidades:
- Gestionar y desarrollar a los clientes del segmento PyMEs, brindando la mejor calidad de servicio y orientación sobre los productos y servicios desarrollados por el Banco.
- Brindar herramientas para generar propuestas de valor, acorde a las necesidades del cliente en cada momento.
- Brindar asesoramiento integral sobre productos y servicios financieros para empresas.
- Detectar oportunidades comerciales y promover la venta de productos como seguros, adquirencia, nómina de haberes, comercio exterior y otras soluciones para empresas.
- Ser referente para los clientes en el desarrollo de sus negocios a través de visitas comerciales, construyendo relaciones a largo plazo que contribuyan al crecimiento y fidelizacion de la cartera
Requisitos:
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años en posiciones similares (excluyente)
- Estudiantes avanzados o graduados de carreras como Administración, Contador Público, Economía, Finanzas o afines (excluyente)
- Perfil comercial, con capacidad de negociación, excelente comunicación y orientación al logro de resultados.
- Conocimiento del segmento PyMEs y en productos bancarios y transaccionales.
- Perfil con marcada orientación al cliente, proactividad e iniciativa.
- Capacidad para desarrollar relaciones comerciales de largo plazo.
- Residir en Santa Fe con disponibilidad para viajar dentro de la provincia
- Movilidad propia (deseable)
