What’s the role

• Support the engineering design, development and delivery of retail fuels station network projects & EV charging infrastructure in Hong Kong & Macau

• Provide technical and project execution support to ensure fuels & EV charging network assets are delivered safely, reliably, compliantly and cost-effectively while developing engineering and project management capabilities.

What you’ll be doing

• Engineering & Technical Support: Support engineering design, technical assessments, electrical integration, technical documentation and troubleshooting activities for EV charging infrastructure.

• Project Delivery & Execution: Support projects from feasibility through commissioning and handover, including schedule, cost, quality and contractor coordination.

• Site Development & Network Expansion: Conduct site surveys, feasibility assessments and support retrofit and new EV charging developments.

• Asset Performance & Reliability: Monitor charger uptime, utilization, maintenance activities and asset performance reporting.

• Contractor & Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with EPCM contractors, utilities, suppliers and internal functions to deliver project objectives.

• HSSE, Compliance & Assurance: Support audits, risk assessments, regulatory compliance and Goal Zero implementation.

• Continuous Improvement & Digitalisation: Support cost reduction, engineering value improvement and deployment of smart charging and digital solutions.

What you bring

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Energy, Building Services or related Engineering discipline.

• Typically 2–8 years of relevant engineering, construction, infrastructure or project delivery experience.

• Experience in retail fuels network projects, EV charging infrastructure, technology, electrical systems, utilities, construction is preferred.
