The Position

Como Estagiário(a) deTI na Roche Diagnóstica, você fará parte de uma equipe dedicada a transformar a saúde por meio da inovação e da tecnologia. Nesta posição, você terá a oportunidade de colaborar no suporte a sistemas de informação que impactam diretamente laboratórios, hospitais e pacientes. Buscamos um perfil analítico e resolutivo para aprender, evoluir e colaborar em um ambiente dinâmico e inclusivo.

A Oportunidade:

Você presta suporte local supervisionado em Soluções de Informação, auxiliando na resolução de problemas em clientes e escalonando casos aos times regionais e globais quando necessário.
Você interage com Especialistas e Coordenadores para identificar e solucionar questões nos sistemas de informação Roche.
Você investiga problemas técnicos através do levantamento, organização e análise de dados.
Você documenta e compreende detalhadamente as demandas trazidas pelos clientes.
Você elabora relatórios, apresentações e comunicações orais para o compartilhamento estruturado de informações com a equipe e partes interessadas.
Você apoia as iniciativas da empresa para reforçar nossa cultura de ética e compliance, atuando em conformidade com o Código de Conduta.

Quem é você:

Você está cursando graduação em Ciências da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Engenharia de Software, Biomedicina ou áreas correlatas (com conclusão prevista para o final de 2028 ou 2029) e possui vínculo com a instituição de ensino durante todo o período do estágio.
Você tem disponibilidade para estagiar 6 horas diárias (30 horas semanais, preferencialmente das 09h às 16h) em modelo híbrido (mínimo de 3 vezes presencial).
Você possui conhecimento intermediário a avançado no idioma inglês ou espanhol.
Você demonstra boa comunicação para interagir abertamente com diferentes níveis da organização e clientes.
Você possui perfil analítico, ágil, resolutivo e facilidade para atuar em equipes multidisciplinares.
Você possui organização e capacidade para desenvolver suas atividades diárias com autonomia.

Desejável:

Você tem interesse ou facilidade na criação de relatórios visuais e apresentações executivas.
