Job Description & Summary

The Product Designer - Manager will be a key contributor to our design team, responsible for leading the design of major features and products. This role requires a highly skilled designer with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, a passion for creating exceptional user experiences, and the ability to mentor other designers. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the design of complex and strategic projects from concept to launch. 

  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to create innovative and user-friendly designs. 

  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions. 

  • Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design specifications. 

  • Mentor and provide guidance to other designers on the team. 

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system. 

 

Qualifications: 

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 

  • 8+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio of successful projects. 

  • Expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. 

  • Hands‑on experience applying AI to enhance UX research, run automated usability testing, analyze user behavior, and improve design workflow efficiency. 

  • A track record of building and maintaining component libraries, design tokens, and documentation across teams. 

  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. 

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

 

  • Experience leading design projects and mentoring other designers. 

  • Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). 

  • Experience with motion design and animation.
