Job Description:
Role Summary
Responsible for supporting EU FCR Intercompany operations by ensuring timely and accurate transaction processing, workload management, reporting, audits, stakeholder coordination, and SLA compliance. Acts as a key liaison between Operations, Finance & Accounting, Account Executives, AFC, WWF, and country stakeholders while driving process efficiency and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Process EU FCR Intercompany transactions accurately within SLAs.
- Manage work allocation and monitor team productivity.
- Prepare operational reports and provide performance updates.
- Conduct audits and ensure process compliance and quality standards.
- Handle escalations and support issue resolution.
- Train, onboard, and provide floor support to team members.
- Communicate process updates and share best practices.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives.
- Participate in management projects and other operational activities as required.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of Europe Billing processes.
- Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.
- Working knowledge of Power BI and SQL.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
