Supply Chain & Manufacturing is where our brands are made, moved and delivered to the world. 

With over half of our people working across more than 100 sites, this is a complex, large-scale operation that brings together production, logistics, engineering and supplier partnerships. 

It’s fast-paced and hands-on, with teams working together to ensure quality, efficiency and sustainability at every stage. From sourcing ingredients to getting products into customers’ hands, you’ll play a role in delivering the brands people know and love. 

About the role:

Replenishment Planner is a key position responsible for handling the replenishment within the state. RP collaborates closely with Supply, Unit, finance, logistics & Commercial function to manage the replenishment. The Role plays an essential role in the supply chain function by using inventory, production, and sales data of the state to effectively estimating replenishment requirements & coordinate with the unit and logistics team to ensure service.

S/he will also play a critical role in also driving and adopting the digital transformation of supply chain processes, leveraging existing and new platforms and tools to enhance and automate replenishment capabilities for effective response to dynamic market environment.

KRAs:

• Work closely with the unit team to handle & execute daily dispatches
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure truck placements as required
• Work closely with state commercial team to use the demand signals for better replenishment.
• Use the replenishment tool & improve on the same to automate & drive seamless fulfilment
• Be an important stakeholder for commercial team to deliver customer service.

• Out Of Stock control
• Cross-functional alignment for daily dispatches
• System Adherence and driving digital adoption
• End-to-end ownership of replenishment plan
• Ensure timely & pre-emptive escalations to ensure seamless customer service
