How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This role is a field role.

Compensation and Benefits:

Professional recognition must go hand in hand with fair and transparent compensation. The base salary range for this position is 45 560 € - 62 410 €

Compensation within this range is determined based on objective criteria such as the required skills, your relevant experience, the level of responsibility associated with the position, as well as internal equity and local market conditions.

This position is also eligible for variable compensation, with an annual component tied to company performance. Our entire approach will be presented to you during the interview process so that you can make a clear and informed decision. Benefits also include a generous amount of paid time off, parental leave, a dedicated health and wellness budget, and discounts on Philips products.
