Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Support and coordinate daily air freight operations with ground handling teams.
Handle data entry, shipping documentation, and document filing.
Submit manifests to airlines and issue HAWBs to shippers.
Track flight schedules and update shipment status in the system.
Verify billing accuracy and address discrepancies.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Work Experience / Education:

University Graduation in related field.
Having experience (at least 1 year) in freight forwarding.
Good computer literacy
Good oral & written communication skill in Vietnamese & English
Have teamwork attitude & problem-solving skills.
Able to work under pressure.
Diligent, detail oriented
