The software engineer is proficient in our golden stack of technologies, Angular for front-end, Node for Orchestration, .net for backend and SQL for the data layer and is expected to develop quality products that are on time and under budget. This is achieved through effective collaboration, system design, adherence to coding standards, problem solving and ensuring that secure and compliance standards are prioritised. The role also includes designing, building, and operating enterprise agent capabilities using multi-agent orchestration, retrieval-augmented reasoning, secure enterprise integrations, applied AI research, observability, and production-ready AI delivery practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Stack Development Develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications using Angular for the front end, Node.js for the back end, .NET for enterprise services, and SQL for database management.

• Collaboration and Communication Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, product managers, and other developers, to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.

• Code Quality and Best Practices Adhere to and advocate for coding standards, perform code reviews, and implement best practices to maintain high code quality and improve system performance.

• System Design and Architecture Contribute to the design and architecture of scalable and maintainable applications, ensuring robust, secure, and efficient system structures.

• Problem-Solving and Debugging Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues across various layers of the application stack, ensuring minimal disruption to the business.

• Performance Optimization Optimize application performance, including front-end responsiveness, server-side processing, and database queries, to deliver high-performing solutions.

• Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD) Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline the deployment process, ensuring smooth and reliable releases.

• Documentation Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation for all developed systems, including technical specifications, API documentation, and user guides.

• Security and Compliance Ensure that applications adhere to security best practices and comply with relevant regulations and corporate policies, mitigating risks and protecting sensitive data.

• Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team

• Agent Systems Engineering Design, build, and operate enterprise agent capabilities, including multi-agent orchestration, intent routing, stateful workflow coordination, grounded response composition, and secure tool-use patterns.

• Retrieval-Augmented Knowledge Engineering Build and optimise RAG pipelines across document ingestion, parsing, chunking, metadata enrichment, embeddings, indexing, retrieval relevance tuning, and grounding quality.

• Applied AI Research and Prototyping Evaluate emerging models, frameworks, retrieval strategies, and interaction patterns through proof-of-concepts, comparative benchmarking, feasibility assessment, and production adoption recommendations.

• Observability, Evaluation, and MLOps Instrument prompts, traces, tool calls, retrieval context, latency, and runtime metadata; define evaluation frameworks for routing accuracy, retrieval relevance, hallucination risk, and user outcome quality; and deploy agent services through CI/CD and cloud-native platforms.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree / diploma in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.

• Certifications in the full stack technologies mentioned are advantageous. 

• Industry-recognized certifications in project management and leadership could also be valuable for this role. 

• Practical experience building production agent systems, RAG-enabled applications, or LLM-powered enterprise solutions, including the ability to translate experiments and prototypes into production-ready capabilities.

• Certifications or practical exposure in AI/ML, cloud AI services, platform engineering, data engineering, enterprise security, governance, and compliance frameworks are advantageous.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Some of the desired skills and experience for the full stack developer role are:

- Proficient in Angular, Node.js, .NET, and SQL, with the ability to develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications using these technologies.

- Experience in implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, code quality standards, system design and architecture, and performance optimization techniques.

- Knowledge of security and compliance best practices for web development, and the ability to mitigate risks and protect sensitive data.

- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Willingness to mentor and share knowledge with junior developers, and to learn new skills and technologies as required.

- Hands-on experience with agent orchestration frameworks, stateful workflows, tool-calling patterns, enterprise model platforms, multi-model strategies, vector databases, embeddings, semantic retrieval tuning, and relevance evaluation.

- Working knowledge of observability tooling, trace analytics, prompt lifecycle management, AI security, privacy, governance, responsible-use controls, Kubernetes or equivalent cloud-native environments, and structured AI research methods.
