Johnson & Johnson, Kocaeli / Sakarya lokasyonunda Gastroenteroloji tedavi alanında görev alacak Ürün Uzmanı aramaktadır.


Yenilikçi Tıp alanındaki uzmanlığımız, içgörüleri bilim temelli ilerlemelerimizi besleyen hastalardan bilgilendirilir ve ilham alır. Sizin gibi vizyonerler, yarının ilaçlarını geliştirerek hayat kurtaran ekipler üzerinde çalışırlar.

Bölge Müdürü’ne raporlamak üzere;


İş Tanımı:

  • Sorumlu olduğu Bölge içerisindeki hedef ünite ve doktorları analiz ederek, ihtiyaçları belirlemek, içgörüleri ortaya çıkarmak ve değer katacak çözüm ve projeleri planlamak/ uygulamak
  • Tanımlı bölge içerisinde hedefleme ve segmentasyonu üst düzeyde uygulayarak kilit kurumları da dahil edecek şekilde iş  planı geliştirmek ve hekim etki oranlarının maksimize etmek
  • Uzmanlık bilgisini kullanarak mevcut pazarı ve paydaşları sürekli takip ederek pazarın ve rakiplerin analizini yapmak ve sorumlu olduğu ürünün satış aktivitelerini en etkili şekilde yürütmek.
  • Çoklu kanal iletişim modellerini ve dijital uygulamaları takip etmek/uygulamak
  • İş modelinin geliştirilmesi için farklı fikirler, sistemler geliştirilmesinde aktif rol almak

Deneyim ve Yetkinlikler:

  • İlaç sektöründe 2 yıl ve üzeri deneyimli
  • Lisans mezunu
  • UTE (Urun Tanitim Elemani) belgesine sahip
  • Kocaeli / Sakarya ikameti tercih sebebidir
  • Tercihen Gastroenteroloji  tedavi alanı deneyimi olan
  • Tercihen İyi derecede İngilizce bilgisi
  • MS Ofis programlarına hakim
  • Analitik düşünen ve etkin planlama yapabilen
  • İkna kabiliyeti yüksek, müşteri ve sonuç odaklı
  • İletişim becerileri kuvvetli
  • Sürücü ehliyeti olan ve aktif araç kullanan
  • Seyahat engeli bulunmayan
  • Erkek adaylar için askerlik hizmetini tamamlamış
