Buscamos um(a) profissional para liderar a controladoria da operação, garantindo excelência financeira, governança robusta e suporte estratégico às decisões de negócio em um ambiente dinâmico e de crescimento.

O que você fará

Liderar os processos de fechamento contábil, demonstrações financeiras e compliance regulatório.
Garantir a integridade dos reportes locais e globais, em alinhamento com as políticas da Diageo e normas IFRS.
Atuar como parceiro estratégico das áreas de Manufatura, Supply Chain e Operações na gestão de custos industriais.
Gerenciar controles de estoque, ativos fixos, CAPEX e contratos de leasing.
Apoiar a avaliação dos impactos da Reforma Tributária e fortalecer a governança fiscal da operação.
Conduzir auditorias internas e externas, além do relacionamento com órgãos reguladores.
Promover eficiência operacional, melhoria contínua e padronização de processos.

O que buscamos

Graduação em Ciências Contábeis com CRC ativo.
Experiência sólida em controladoria industrial e ambientes fabris de grande porte.
Conhecimento em ERP Datasul, IFRS e gestão de custos industriais.
Vivência com fechamento contábil, auditoria e compliance regulatório.
Inglês intermediário para interação com times regionais e globais.
