当社では、障がい者活躍支援チーム（PwD Success Support Team / SST）において、HR制度設計・労務コンプライアンス・オペレーション管理領域を推進する経験豊富なプログラムマネージャーを募集しています。この役割は、既存のプログラムマネージャーとペアで機能し、プログラム戦略を制度・仕組み・運用の面から実現します。
人事ビジネスパートナー（HRBP）、Legal、インクルージョン＆ダイバーシティチーム（ID&E）、および社内外のステークホルダーと緊密に連携し、各専門チームの知見を統合しながらプロジェクトを推進する役割です。成功する候補者は、プログラムマネジメントの実績に加えて、障がい者雇用における人事制度・労務管理の深い知見を有する方です。企業内で障がい者雇用の制度設計・労務管理のプロジェクトを推進した経験を求めます。
Key job responsibilities
- PwD社員一人ひとりの強みを活かすパフォーマンスレビュー制度の設計・導入
- 有期雇用契約社員の安定的なキャリア形成を支える制度整備（無期転換対応、契約更新基準の明確化、キャリアパス設計）
- 働きやすい環境を支えるHRシステムの導入と勤怠プロセスの整備
- 安全配慮義務の実効性向上と合理的配慮の運用ガイドライン整備
- PwD社員の活躍状況の可視化に向けたデータ分析・レポーティング体制の構築
- PwDチームマネージャー向けの支援スキル強化プログラム（インクルーシブマネジメント・コンプライアンス）の開発・展開
- PwD社員が力を発揮できる職場づくりに向けた全社横断ガイドライン・ベストプラクティスの整備

Basic qualifications
- プログラムおよび/またはプロジェクトマネジメントにおける5年以上の経験
- 障がい者雇用に関わる人事制度設計（評価・契約管理・給与設計等）の推進経験
- 日本の障がい者雇用関連法規および労働法に関する実務的な知識
- 合理的配慮（アコモデーション）の運用設計の経験
- HR・Legal等の複数専門チームと連携した横断的プロジェクトの推進経験
Preferred qualifications
- 社会保険労務士資格
- IT企業またはグローバル企業における障がい者雇用プログラムの運営経験
- 人事データ分析を用いたKPI設計・モニタリングの経験
- HRシステムの導入・改善プロジェクトの経験
- 日本語および英語でのプレゼンテーションおよびレポート作成のスキル/経験
