The Role and Impact: The Graduate Talent Program is a unique opportunity to put your studies to real world industry experience in cutting-edge enterprise application development. Be part of the team that develops the enterprise applications that safeguard Intel's product quality and brand name in Global Supply Chain, Assembly Test Manufacturing and Fab Sort Manufacturing. As a Software Application Development Engineer, you will develops, tests and sustains high performance web applications on the latest web technologies. Learn from and work with a high performing cross functional Agile Scrum team to deliver critical business solutions that enable business process efficiencies. If you have a passion for web application development and likes to poke around finding continuous improvements, we're looking for you. This is a full-time, on-site position. Key Responsibilities: • Provide technical implementation and operational support for front-end Quality Management Solutions capabilities involved. • Perform project work including Automation process and/or product hardening. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve system challenges and optimize business operations. • Document processes, tools, and solutions, ensuring knowledge sharing across teams. • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to Quality Management solutions.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related STEM discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across diverse global teams
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Foundational understanding on ITIL frameworks and DevOps practices.
• Demonstrate strong skills in AI, MCP, Agentic flows, VectorDB, Mean stack development, Software Engineering, Data Engineering and Data Warehouse concepts.
• Candidate is open to a minimum one year contract-based role.
