GTM Engineer
ML6 is hiring a GTM Engineer in Amsterdam and Eindhoven, Netherlands. Level rates it ; you can apply on Level.
AI in this role
Drive commercial operations and GTM processes using CRM administration, automation tools, and LLM-based workflows.
YOUR IMPACT
You own the commercial engine behind ML6's growth. That means you master the CRM, numbers, automation and ways of working our stakeholders rely on every day. You make sure commercial decisions are made on data that people trust, within tools they work with.
Owning Hubspot end to end: You shape its structure, pipelines and lifecycle stages, routing, permissions, and you set the data rules that keep it clean and trusted.
Lead: Provide a clear and reliable view of performance, so everyone starts from the same numbers.
Turn commercial data into insights: help us understand where we win, where we lose and where to focus next, and help set targets that are ambitious but grounded.
Automate the repetitive work in our commercial processes and connect the tools that do not integrate out of the box using APIs or custom code where needed.
Make LLM tooling a working part of the stack, for example by extracting structured data from meeting notes and transcripts, adding AI scoring to enrichment tools and building internal reporting artefacts.
Design the ways of working our commercial team relies on and help colleagues adopt them through training, documentation and onboarding. Measure your success by adoption.
WHY YOU
A degree in a relevant domain (business, economics, engineering…).
At least 5 years of experience with Marketing Performance/Automation, Sales Enablement or Sales Operations in a growing tech or consulting environment.
Extensive expertise with CRM systems (Hubspot) and other sales and marketing tools (Google Analytics, Lemlist, Clay, Lovable, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.). You know how to configure workflows, build dashboards, and pull accurate reports.
Tech savvy enough to connect systems yourself with APIs, webhooks, alongside tools such as Clay, Lemlist, Make/Zapier and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Strong stakeholder management skills. You know how to communicate (English proficient, another local language is an extra plus) insights in a clear and concise way to marketeers, salespeople and management.
A self-starter: when you see an opportunity, you use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Lovable…) to start building a solution, and you involve the right people to get the best outcome.
A true team player who thrives in collaborative cultures and love building bridges between Sales, Marketing, Ops and the whole organization.

Adapt your resume
- List these exact terms on your resume: Crm, Sales Operations, Marketing Automation, API Integration, and LLM Tooling. An applicant tracking system matches the wording, not the idea.
- Attach one line of real, concrete experience to at least one of them — a tool named with nothing behind it rarely survives a human read.
- Put the AI tool in a bullet point about what you did, not just in a skills list — this role treats it as a required part of the job.
