GTM Engineer (Go-to-market) | Regulated DTC Consumer Brand

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a GTM Engineer (Go-to-market) | Regulated DTC Consumer Brand based in Brazil.

This is a hands-on growth role for someone who combines marketing execution with technical problem-solving and automation. You will build the campaign infrastructure needed to grow a regulated direct-to-consumer brand where conventional paid acquisition channels are unavailable. The role spans outbound partnerships, field marketing, search, lifecycle communications, retention, referrals, and first-party measurement. You will use AI coding tools, APIs, scripts, and automation workflows to eliminate repetitive work and make growth operations more scalable. Working directly with founders and cross-functional teams, you will own initiatives from strategy through execution and measurement. Success means creating reliable growth systems, improving campaign performance, and giving teams better data and tools to execute.
