We’re seeking an experienced business leader to drive Amazon Ads’ direct sales strategy and execution with large brand advertisers across India. The role will lead and develop Amazon Ads’ direct advertiser partnerships, driving media revenue growth through strategic relationships with CMOs, Marketing Heads, and senior decision-makers at India’s top brands. This role will be instrumental in scaling Amazon’s advertising business through direct brand partnerships and content media solutions.

Key job responsibilities
Drive strategic partnerships with India’s top brand advertisers to accelerate Amazon Ads’ market share and media revenue growth

Develop and execute a comprehensive direct sales strategy, building deep relationships with CMOs, Marketing Heads, and media decision-makers at leading brands

Lead a team of Media Sales Managers to deliver against revenue targets, pipeline development, and strategic account objectives

Create and implement advertiser-focused media solutions that drive adoption of Amazon Ads’ full suite of products including Video, Display, and Sponsored Ads

Build executive-level relationships with brand leadership and influence their media investment strategies toward Amazon Ads

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Agency Partnerships, Marketing, Content Product, Ad Tech) to develop advertiser-specific solutions and go-to-market programs

Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to expand Amazon’s advertising footprint through direct brand partnerships across key industry verticals

Design and execute commercial frameworks including pricing strategies, custom media packages, and long-term partnership agreements

Lead advertiser business planning, quarterly business reviews, and annual media planning conversations

Basic qualifications

- Experience managing teams
- Experience hiring and retaining sales talent
- Experience building new customer relationships
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools
- 15 Years+ Experience in Media Sales running a significant P&L

Preferred qualifications

- Experience reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals
- Experience of high level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management
