Head of Human Resources

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Human Resources based in Brazil.

This role offers end-to-end ownership of the people function within a growing remote-first organization of employees and freelancers.
You’ll lead talent acquisition, people operations, employment compliance, performance, compensation, and culture while partnering closely with senior leadership.
The position combines hands-on HR execution with strategic responsibility for building scalable people systems and practices.
You’ll oversee the employee lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding through development, compensation reviews, and offboarding.
A strong focus on Quebec employment requirements makes legal and regulatory expertise particularly important for this role.
You’ll also shape role clarity, manager effectiveness, employee engagement, and the systems that help a distributed team stay connected.
As a member of the leadership team, you’ll have direct influence on organizational health, retention, and the employee experience.
