- Adhere to the bank's policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of confidentiality and security.
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with customers.
- Strong customer service orientation, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- Basic knowledge of banking products and services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, as per business needs.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
