SSD配送センターでの（以下SSDと呼称）にて、ハンズオンで業務遂行が可能なHRビジネスパートナー (HR Business Partner)を募集しています。
HRビジネスパートナーは、担当する全国のSSD配送センター（SSD）で働く従業員をカスタマーと考え、ビジネスリーダーの戦略的なHRパートナーとしてビジネス成長に欠かせない組織・人材面の意思決定をサポートする役割を担います。
組織開発、人材育成・配置、キャリア形成の機会、組織文化の醸成など、短期・中長期にわたるさまざまなHRソリューションを人事部門の他チームやメンバーと連携・協働しながら提供します。
また、拠点単体のみならず様々なプロジェクトを通じて全国にあるSSD Networkに貢献する機会があります。
このポジションでは、採用、評価、配置、代謝といった一連の人事管理とSSDで働く従業員の勤怠や労務環境を管理する労務管理について直接的に貢献して頂く配置です。
具体的には、ビジネスリーダーとの対話や人事データの分析を通じて組織における問題点を特定し、戦略的な人事配置や人材開発を行なったり、パフォーマンスや言動に問題ある社員対応等、Employee Relations(ER)にも問題解決までの方向性を提案、道筋を立ててマネージャーと連携することもあります。
これらの業務を遂行するため、高いコミュニケーション能力とハンズオンのアプローチが必要です。
また、論理的かつ分析能力に優れ、労働法、組織開発、報酬・福利厚生等における幅広い知識を持っている必要があります。
配送拠点の従業員構成は、製造業・物流業・小売業等と類似しており、年俸制の社員に加え、時間給パートタイマーや、派遣社員・請負労働者を含みます。
上記業界での経験は、目まぐるしく変化するビジネス環境に適応することに役立ちます。
また、このポジションでは、人事領域を含むAIの活用と自動化に関する経験、事業成長スピードが速い会社のHRとして、ビジネス感覚（スピード感）を鍛えることが出来ます。
また、HRのエキスパートとしてビジネスリーダーや社員と向き合うので、専門性をもって働くことが期待され、責任ある業務に取り組むことになります。

Basic qualifications
- 関連分野における学士号、または同等の学歴
- 顧客志向でスピード感がある環境での勤務
- 人事業務2年以上の経験
- 労働法および人事ポリシー・手続きに関する知識
- Microsoft Word、Excel、給与計算システムまたはHRIS（人事情報システム）の使用経験
Preferred qualifications
- 人事ジェネラリストとして3年以上、または業務・カスタマーサービス・小売・物流・配送・ロジスティクス・医療・ホスピタリティ・製造分野での5年以上の経験
- チームのマネジメント経験およびチームリーダーとしての経験
