Hungary Operations Finance Manager, based in Budapest, Hungary

JOB SUMMARY

A successful Franchise Finance Manager is one who can execute a strong finance strategy within the Franchise to drive growth and profitability  

What You’ll Do for Us:  

·   Partner with Franchise operational finance leaders, Operational Finance Lead and OU CFO to support Franchise and/or local customer activities at the Franchise Unit level, to drive alignment across multiple stakeholders, and to develop the key insights needed to inform strategic priorities, including: 

o   Support franchise (bottlers) and customer relationships at the local level 

o   Prepare & support internal stakeholders on on-going negotiations 

o   Quantitative and qualitative local Bottler/Customer info 

o   Assess Financial implications and models on new ARTM and optimization of current value chain 

·   Support all Business Models and Margins within the Franchise, including: 

o   Execution of business models optimization and system top line growth 

o   Assessment and segmentation by Franchise Unit (Fixed vs hybrid vs incidence) 

o   Incidence Pricing 2.0 negotiations at Franchise level  

o   Develop, implement Margin optimization strategy across the entire value chain 

o   Bring margins discipline to operational business decisions 

o   Track margins objectives at Franchise level 

o   Leverage the network and execute locally Global margin strategy 

·   Support Mergers & Acquisitions and Revenue growth Management: 

o   Support ad hoc M&A analysis and assessment at Franchise level 

o   Support the financial implementation of new business models (Milk JV…)  

o   Support Financially all RGM initiatives deployment at Franchise level  

·   Analyze and Support Working Capital and Cash Management:  

o   Support Working Capital Optimization initiatives at Legal Entity / Franchise level  

o   Cash management optimization Analyses 

o   Support Optimization actions 

o   Interact with local stakeholders (I.e: franchise general Managers)  

·        The role will be also part of a dynamic, flexible and agile Franchise Finance talent pool, focused on the highest priority initiatives in other or across (all) Franchises.  

Qualifications & Requirements:   

·        >4 years of leadership experience in senior financial planning or senior commercial finance roles 

·        Leadership and management experience, as a highly efficient communicator and influencer at all levels 

·        In depth understanding different business systems and business processes 

·        Ability and desire to build strong relationships across the Franchise System 

·        Advanced excel skills 

·        Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a team 

·        Capable of articulating complex problems in a simple manner 

·        Strong written and verbal communication skills 

·        Excellent English level
