As part of the Technology Consulting -Business Applications – MS Dynamics Practice team, we leverage opportunities around digital disruption, new age operating model and best-in-class practices to deliver technology enabled transformation to our clients 

Responsibilities: 

• Position: D365 POS Technical Consultant 
  Experience: 3-8 Years 

• Key Responsibilities 

• Develop, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce (Retail) POS solutions. 

• Configure and customize Modern POS (MPOS) and Cloud POS (CPOS). 

• Develop extensions using C#, .NET, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Commerce SDK. 

• Integrate D365 Commerce/POS with ERP, payment gateways, third-party applications, and external systems. 

• Customize receipts, payment connectors, hardware station, and store operations. 

• Develop APIs and troubleshoot integration issues. 

• Perform code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support. 

• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions. 

• Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices and coding standards. 

• Required Skills 

• Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce/Retail POS. 

• Hands-on experience with Commerce SDK, MPOS, CPOS, CRT, and Retail Server. 

• Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, SQL Server, REST APIs, and Azure services. 

• Experience with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD processes. 

• Knowledge of retail business processes including sales, returns, inventory, promotions, and customer management. 

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
