In Aargau, you will support Swiss banks and financial institutions in providing their customers with secure and reliable card solutions for digital and physical transactions. This includes a comprehensive range of innovative card solutions made from more sustainable materials, as well as metal cards, biometric cards, and cards with voice support.

Your Mission

• Assess information security risks by identifying assets, security objectives, threats and appropriate risk treatment measures.

• Develop and maintain security concepts, policies, guidelines and operational procedures.

• Create and continuously improve security processes and working instructions.

• Plan and deliver security awareness and training for employees across the organization.

• Translate legal, regulatory and contractual information security requirements into practical guidance for relevant business areas and external partners.

• Support information security as part of audits, compliance, incident management and risk management activities.

• Support the CISO and represent information security in projects, certifications and regular security assessments, including ISO 27001, ISO 14298 and PCI-CP.

Your Experience

• Completed vocational training or degree in information security management, or relevant professional experience in information security.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and assess security risks independently and effectively.

• Experience developing and maintaining security concepts, policies, processes and documentation to a high standard.

• Understanding of information security requirements in legal, regulatory, contractual, audit and compliance contexts.

• Commitment to continuous professional development in the security field; an interest in data protection is an advantage.

• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.

• A proactive, resilient and collaborative approach, combined with clear communication and a professional, service-oriented manner.
