This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Investment Associate based in Canada.

This role offers the opportunity to support a fully mission-aligned investment portfolio focused on measurable social impact.
You will contribute across the investment lifecycle, from sourcing opportunities and conducting diligence to structuring investments and monitoring portfolio performance.
The position combines financial analysis, impact investing, project management, and strategic problem-solving in a collaborative environment.
You will work with internal teams, external partners, senior leaders, and board-level stakeholders to turn complex information into actionable investment insights.
The role also provides opportunities to improve investment processes, strengthen knowledge management, and develop scalable tools and reporting systems.
You will help advance trust-based investing approaches that center proximate leadership, inclusion, and systems-level change.
