IT Team Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an IT Team Lead based in India.

This role leads day-to-day IT service delivery across the APAC region while supporting global operations as required. You will manage a small distributed IT team and remain hands-on with complex second- and third-line technical escalations. The position combines people leadership, service management, infrastructure administration, security, and continuous improvement. You will serve as a key regional escalation point for major incidents and help strengthen service levels, processes, and support coverage. Working closely with Global IT, business stakeholders, and external suppliers, you will help maintain reliable and secure technology services. The role offers broad exposure to Microsoft infrastructure, networking, service desk operations, compliance, and disaster recovery in a multi-country environment.
