We are looking for a Tech Lead Backend Software Developer (Java 21, Spring Boot 3, Spring Batch) to join a passionate global team driving front-line innovation in AI, banking, energy, aerospace, security, and beyond, delivering real value across industries including AI, banking, energy, aerospace, security, and more.

🌍 Context:

We’re working with a top shipping company to enhance container maritime tracking.

Your mission: enable real-time land transport monitoring (inland tracking) in a carrier haulage context. Data comes from multiple providers, then is processed, enriched, and distributed to internal and external customers via APIs, push notifications, and EDI.

✅ Responsibilities:

As a Tech Leader Backend Software Developer, you will:

Design the technical architecture for new features
Lead and perform code reviews
Ensure quality, performance, and maintainability of delivered developments
Act as a technical referent for the team
Participate in architectural choices
Collaborate with PPO and business teams
Participate in incident resolution
Own production-related challenges: deployment, supervision, incident analysis, performance optimization, and maintenance in operational conditions

🔥 Required Competencies/Experience:

Master’s degree or engineering diploma
Proven experience in software development, would be a plus experience as a technical leader
Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum frameworks)
