• Champion a patient-centric approach in all customer interactions and activities, with a clear focus on helping more patients benefit from innovative lung cancer treatments.
What You Will Need to Succeed
You continuously strive to improve and innovate while keeping patient needs at the center of everything you do. You combine a strong commercial mindset with a genuine passion for improving outcomes for patients living with lung cancer.
You are a collaborative team player who can engage and influence both internal and external stakeholders, gather and translate insights into meaningful actions, and proactively drive initiatives forward. You understand challenger communication and use it to become a trusted partner who can create value and inspire change.
You excel in stakeholder engagement, presentation and selling skills, and you are motivated by operating in a highly competitive environment where success is measured not only by business performance, but by the impact you create for patients and the healthcare system. You are comfortable leveraging omnichannel engagement and digital tools to tailor communication and customer interactions.
