We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and execution-focused LATAM Marketing Coordinator to support brand marketing for KAYAK in the LATAM region. This role requires strong local market knowledge, media planning understanding, and the ability to work collaboratively across internal teams and external partners.
You’ll be responsible for driving brand awareness, relevance, and preference through localized marketing strategies, integrated campaign execution, and strategic brand partnerships.
This role will be required to work from our Miami, FL office 3 days per week.
Please submit your CV in English
In this role, you will:
Support the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across LATAM markets (primarily Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia), ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and insights are captured along the way
Manage the monthly organic social media content calendar, incorporating regional events, cultural moments, and promotions to maintain a consistent and relevant brand presence
Monitor trends, current events, and conversations in the social media landscape to identify opportunities for the brand to engage authentically with audiences across the region
Contribute ideas for social media campaigns and content that connect with local audiences.
Collaborate with internal teams — including PR/Communications, Performance Marketing, Analytics, Creative, and Media — as well as external agencies and freelancers, to support the delivery of multi-channel marketing programs
Assist with media planning and buying activities, including supporting media negotiations, providing feedback on creative execution, trafficking campaigns, and contributing to post-campaign analysis
Prepare clear, data-informed reports on campaign performance, sharing findings and recommendations with the team to support continuous improvement
Help coordinate briefing processes for the creative team, ensuring briefs are clear, complete, and delivered on schedule
Support budget tracking and administrative tasks related to marketing activations, including vendor coordination and agreement management
Please apply if you have:
2–4 years of experience in marketing, social media, advertising, or content — whether from an agency, a consumer brand, or a combination of both. Equivalent experience, training, or transferable skills are also considered.
Familiarity with social media management tools (such as Meltwater, Hootsuite, or Sprinklr) and comfort with creative tools like Photoshop or stock image platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently.
An analytical mindset — you're comfortable working with data and using it to identify opportunities and flag risks in content and campaign performance.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once, keeping teams informed and on track.
Cultural curiosity and awareness, particularly of Latin American markets, travel behavior, and consumer trends.
A genuine interest in travel and technology.
