Lead Program Manager

This role leads large-scale AI training data programs, overseeing strategy, delivery, quality, and client relationships across multiple projects.
You will manage cross-functional teams and coordinate vendors to deliver high-volume operations against ambitious targets.
The position combines program leadership, operational planning, financial management, quality improvement, and stakeholder engagement.
You will serve as a key client contact, leading governance, planning, business reviews, and alignment on priorities and changes.
A strong focus on scalability, automation, process standardization, and continuous improvement will be central to the role.
You will also partner closely with quality, operations, sales, and vendor management teams to ensure reliable delivery, compliance, and strong client outcomes.
