SureTax is seeking a high-impact Product Manager who combines strong product leadership with a growth mindset. As a Lead Product Manager, you will own critical product initiatives that accelerate customer value, market expansion, revenue growth, and competitive differentiation. You will partner closely with engineering, sales, marketing, customer success, and executive stakeholders to identify opportunities, define product strategy, and deliver solutions that strengthen SureTax's position in the market.

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Growth
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities that expand SureTax's market position, customer adoption, and revenue.
- Develop product strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
- Translate market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence into actionable product investments.
- Drive innovation and differentiation in a rapidly evolving tax technology landscape.
Product Leadership
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic product initiatives, from discovery through launch and optimization.
- Define product requirements, success metrics, and business cases for investment decisions.
- Serve as the product leader for cross-functional teams, aligning stakeholders around a shared vision and outcomes.
- Influence executive decision-making through data-driven recommendations and strategic insights.
Customer & Market Focus
- Build deep understanding of customer workflows, pain points, and emerging needs.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to inform product direction.
- Champion the voice of the customer while balancing business and technical priorities.
- Leverage customer feedback and usage data to continuously improve product value and adoption.
Execution & Collaboration
- Partner closely with engineering and design teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations.
- Monitor product performance, adoption, customer satisfaction, and commercial outcomes.
- Lead beta programs, pilot initiatives, and post-launch assessments to maximize business impact.

- Proven ability to lead complex product initiatives and influence outcomes across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect product decisions to business growth objectives.

- Expertise in market analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer discovery.
