Job Description:

Responsable de asignar actividades y responsabilidades a personal del area. Coordinar y participar en los conteo ciclicos solicitados por planta del area de Hardware. Coordinar el envio de  PT que se preparare de acuerdo con los requerimientos del cliente y auditar este envio. Participar activamente en los inventarios anuales de la compañia.Seguir e impulsar que se cumpla la normatividad de seguridad de planta

  • Proporciona direccion a los empleados a traves de liderazgo, direccion, entrenamiento y desarrollo.
  • Asiste en dirigir las actividades de trabajo del personal.
  • Usa controles de costos a traves del uso eficiente de los recursos, tales como la mano de obra, materiales y equipo.
  • Asegura que los objetivos de productividad, calidad y del cliente se cumplan.
  • Proporciona liderazgo para las operaciones asignadas para fomentar el trabajo en equipo multifuncional.
  • Da sopote en el funcionamiento del proceso del equipo y todas las actividades relacionadas. Facilita y lidera procesos de proyectos de mejora.
