As a Lithography Tool Install Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing installation projects for advanced lithography equipment within leading-edge semiconductor manufacturing facilities. You will collaborate with factory stakeholders, equipment suppliers, construction partners, and engineering teams to ensure tool installation activities are completed safely, on schedule, and in alignment with business objectives.

This is an onsite position located in Hillsboro, Oregon.

What You'll Do

Core Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute semiconductor tool installation activities supporting factory construction and manufacturing ramp milestones.
Collaborate with factory owners, suppliers, contractors, and engineering teams to ensure equipment, materials, and resources are available to support project schedules.
Lead planning and coordination activities across multiple stakeholders to support successful tool installation execution.
Monitor equipment readiness, procurement status, funding approvals, and project milestones.
Develop and maintain installation plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
Act as the primary Intel equipment owner from planning through installation and turnover.
Resolve project constraints, escalate risks, and drive issue resolution to maintain schedule commitments.
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with Intel safety, quality, and operational standards.

Lithography-Specific Responsibilities

Support installation, relocation, startup, and qualification activities for lithography equipment and supporting systems.
Coordinate with lithography module owners, equipment vendors, and factory stakeholders to execute installation activities.
Drive factory readiness efforts supporting lithography tool deployment and ramp milestones.
Troubleshoot installation challenges and coordinate solutions across engineering, manufacturing, and supplier teams.
Support successful integration of lithography equipment into manufacturing operations.

Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Note:

This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
This is a fixed-term contract position with an anticipated assignment duration of 24 months. Employment under this contract is temporary in nature and will end upon completion of the assignment period unless extended based on business requirements.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management, or a related technical field with 3+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, equipment installation, construction management, project management, capital projects, or factory ramp operations. Or a Master’s degree in the same filed and 1+ years of experience in same areas as well.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

Experience supporting factory startup, qualification, or manufacturing ramp activities.
Professional Project Manager (PMP), Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent project management certification.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $52,000.00-$200,000.00
