Essential Functions:
アマゾンではメンテナンスチームのMaintenance Technician（MT）購買担当として活躍いただける装置関連の購買業務経験の有る方を求めています。
アマゾンのフルフィルメントセンター（FC）は他例無い程に自動化が進んでおり、多様な設備・装置があります。
メンテナンスチームはFCの設備・装置のメンテナンスだけでなく、性能の改善、生産性改善をも担当しています。メンテナンスの購買担当はそれらの業務が円滑、且つ効率的に推進できるようにメンテナンスメンバーをサポートするポジションです。
具体的には以下の主な役割があります。
１．購買業務（見積取得、システム入力、納品受け取り検品、棚入れ）
２．パーツの入出庫、在庫管理
３．メンテナンス予算管理
４．保全費削減活動（業者との価格交渉、パーツ変更）
これらの役割を確実に果たすことでFCの生産をサポートし、アマゾンの発展に貢献していただきます。
Basic qualifications
- 購買管理業務経験者（見積り～検収手配の一連フロー）※製造メーカーでの購買業務経験者尚可
- PCスキル（Excel：表計算、グラフ作成 / Word:書類作成 / E-mail）
- ビジネスコミュニケーションスキル
- 機械・電気部品の取扱経験・一般購入部品の知識
- 安全に対する高い意識
- チームワークの重要性を強く意識していること
- チームに対しての調整力(QCDを考慮した新規部品の提案等)
Preferred qualifications
- 設備に対する深い知識
- 設備に係る部品(チェーンやベアリングなど)の市場をよく把握している
- 購買に関する法務に明るい(下請法や契約に関する法律をよく知っている)
- 購買のみでなく、購買の視点より工程に対しての提案、調整が出来る(PMの計画立案)
- 英語力
- 空圧機器、ベアリング、電気機器等の知識（部品の形式、形状が図面から把握出来る）
- 5Sの重要性を認識していること(購買改善はすべからく5Sの改善に帰結する)
