Gemeinsam mit Kolleg:innen aus Payroll, Human Capital und Accounting stellen wir sicher, dass lohnrelevante Geschäftsvorfälle korrekt verarbeitet, abgestimmt und ausgewiesen werden. In einem dynamischen Umfeld arbeitest du an der Schnittstelle von Sozialversicherungen, Lohnbuchhaltung und Finanzbuchhaltung und leistest einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Verlässlichkeit unserer Finanzdaten sowie zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse.

 

Dein Impact

  • Verantworte die Abstimmung zwischen Lohnbuchhaltung und Finanzbuchhaltung und stelle die korrekte Verbuchung sämtlicher payrollrelevanter Geschäftsvorfälle sicher.
  • Analysiere Sozialversicherungs-, Quellensteuer- und weitere lohnrelevante Bilanzkonten und gewährleiste deren Vollständigkeit und Richtigkeit.
  • Identifiziere Differenzen zwischen Payroll- und Finanzbuchhaltungsdaten und trage zu deren nachhaltiger Klärung und Bereinigung bei.
  • Koordiniere die Abstimmung offener Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten und sorge für eine zeitnahe Bereinigung offener Positionen.
  • Unterstütze Monats-, Quartals-, Halbjahres- und Jahresabschlüsse in allen payrollrelevanten Themen und stelle eine hohe Datenqualität sicher.
  • Treibe die Optimierung, Standardisierung und Digitalisierung von Payroll- und Accounting-Prozessen gemeinsam mit internen und externen Stakeholdern voran.

Dein Skill Set

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Payroll Accounting, Lohnbuchhaltung, Sozialversicherungen oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse des Schweizer Sozialversicherungswesens, insbesondere AHV, ALV, EO, Familienzulagen, BVG und Quellensteuer.
  • Praxiserfahrung in der Abstimmung von Payroll- und Sozialversicherungskonten sowie in der Analyse und Bereinigung von Differenzen.
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis der Zusammenhänge zwischen Lohnbuchhaltung und Finanzbuchhaltung.
  • Erfahrung mit SAP S/4HANA und Abacus; Kenntnisse in SAP HCM sind von Vorteil.
  • Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse sowie eine hohe Affinität für digitale Prozesse und Systeme.
  • Strukturierte, präzise und selbstständige Arbeitsweise verbunden mit einer ausgeprägten Service- und Stakeholderorientierung.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
