This position reports to:

工作职责：

- 熟练掌握测试作业指导书，严格按照指导书测试。

- 负责电动机‌出厂试验、型式试验‌，按作业指导书要求完成生产任务。

-‌ 提前做好试验准备，校验测试设备合格性、准备被试电机及材料； ‌

- 实时准确记录试验数据，发现问题及时汇报给领班；

- 确保用电安全和作业安全； ‌试验设备、仪器的日常整理和维护。

任职资历：

- 中专以上学历，优先考虑电气工程自动化、电机与电器、自动控制、电子类等电气相关专业。

- 熟悉电机工作原理、电气原理，能看懂基本图纸；

- 掌握电机测试标准、方法及试验设备的使用，熟悉电机控制与测试技术，动手能力强。 ‌

- 1-3年电机或船厂调试工作经验，接受在校/应届毕业生，电机、发电机、船厂调试经验者优先。 ‌

- 工作责任心强，能吃苦耐劳，具备团队合作意识，愿意学习新知识。

-‌ 持有高压电工证、电脑操作熟练、具备最基本的英文读写能力。
