Are you looking for the opportunity to create substantial impact on business profitability through reduction of business wastes in operations, then Network Losses reduction role is that opportunity. The scope of impact spans across RoW markets focused at reduction of network losses arising from FC losses, Shrinkage, Damage, Concessions or combination of these within operations across QC supply chain and in close collaboration with FC/transportation Operations, ACES, SL&P, Products, CS and RCX/NCRC business partners.

Key job responsibilities
- Develop deep understanding, hands on experience of operational processes across supply chain.
- Deep diving and analyzing operational data to arrive root causes for losses - invent or replicate solutions to those root causes, track impact.
- Improve operational processes by Standardization of metrics, processes, SOPs across RoW markets related to network losses
- Driving product implementation in operations and/or operational process solutions to eliminate losses

Basic qualifications

- 3+ years of employee and performance management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

Preferred qualifications

- 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
