■勤怠管理
日々の従業員の勤怠データの抽出と作成
従業員の就労管理(出勤退勤、勤務時間の把握)
従業員のシフト表作成と変更対応
■派遣管理
社内人事システムへの派遣社員の登録と情報編集
派遣会社との契約書作成、発注、派遣費用支払い
派遣会社及び社内ステークホルダーへの情報伝達プロセスの開発、維持、改善
■オフィスマネジメント業務
事務用品の管理と発注
電話応対
社内精算システムを使用した請求書処理、発注記録管理
■イベントの企画
従業員のモチベーション向上のためのイベント企画
オリジナルグッズの制作
■来客対応
VIP来社時の応対など
※日々のオペレーションに必要な人員数を必要なタイミングで集め、安定したオペレーションの実現をサポートすることがメインの仕事です。

Basic qualifications
- 社会人経験3年以上
- エクセルスキル中級以上（VLOOKUP、ピボットは必須）
- ビジネスレベル以上の日本語力
Preferred qualifications
- 20名以上のシフト作成及び調整経験（対象はアルバイトでも可）
- PCスキル中級
- 総務実務経験
- 職場の環境改善経験
- メールのやり取りや案内文の作成ができる程度の英語力（読み書きがメイン）
- チームワークを重視し、チームプレーのための気配りができる方
- 向上心があり、今よりも成長したいという熱意がある方
- 臨機応変に行動し、理論的に物事の判断ができる方
- インクルーシブなカルチャーへの貢献や多様性に富んだグループで働くことに対して前向きであること
