Operations Trainer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Operations Trainer based in the United States.

The Operations Trainer will help build and deliver high-impact learning programs for technical and project-focused teams.
You will work closely with business leaders and subject matter experts to translate complex processes into practical, engaging learning experiences.
The role covers methodologies, tools, standard operating procedures, project management, governance, and technical documentation.
You will combine instructional design, facilitation, coaching, and learning evaluation to strengthen workforce capabilities and business performance.
This position offers the opportunity to influence organizational culture while helping teams become more proficient, confident, and effective.
You will collaborate across Talent Development, HR, operations, and business functions in a fast-paced environment focused on continuous improvement.
The role is remote, with occasional travel of up to 50% to support teams, learning programs, and business needs.
