Organic Social Media Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Organic Social Media Manager based in Canada.

This role owns the day-to-day organic social presence across a portfolio of major social platforms.
You will translate broader channel strategy and performance insights into a clear, engaging, and consistent content plan.
The position combines editorial judgment, creative direction, publishing discipline, audience understanding, and performance analysis.
You will brief creative teams, shape short-form content, write hooks and captions, and adapt existing assets for organic audiences.
You will also manage distinct brand persona accounts while maintaining differentiated voices and consistent publishing cadences.
The role works closely with creative, growth, content, community, paid, PR, copy, and patient services teams in a fully remote environment.
