¿Qué estamos buscando?
1. Solicitar y preparar la información necesaria para la presentación de los PF.
2. Preparar, mantener y configurar la parametria necesaria para la facturación de intereses.
2. Apoyar a las áreas administrativas y de cobranzas con todo lo necesario con la facturación y cobro de los intereses y gastos.
4. Revisar y corregir el cálculo de los intereses y gastos antes de su facturación, e incluso después en caso de ser necesario.
5. Mantener al día la información comercial y de riesgos de los distribuidores en Floor Plan (Deuda SBIF, experian, rotaciones FP)
6. Mantener boletas, seguros e hipotecas de garantía vigentes, solicitando su renovación cuando sea necesaria.
7. Mantener los seguros sobres las unidades consignadas al día.
8. Responder requerimientos de información solicitados por las areas de riesgos, contabilidad y otros externos como el INE, importadores o concesionarios.
9. Ser capaz de negociar con cliente internos y externos para conseguir acuerdos, información u otros necesarios para el correcto desempeño del área.
10. Visitar, entrevistar y/o contactar gerentes de finanzas, dueños u otros con el fin de responder todas las consultas del equipo de riesgos.
