Amazonは、Earth's most customer-centric company（地球上で最もお客様を大切にする企業）を目指しており、お客様が欲しい商品を高品質、低コストでお届けできる輸送ネットワークを構築することでそのVision達成に向かってきました。この輸送ネットワークは、全国にある大規模倉庫と各ご家庭までの配送拠点（Last Mile）とを結んでおり、それらの中継拠点としてSort Centerがあります。Sort Centerでは、お客様への配送スピードを担保しながらより効率的に輸送できるよう、荷物の仕分けを行っています。

ACES (Process Improvement) は、Sort Centerの庫内Operationの標準化と生産性改善のOwnerとなります。具体的には、生産性目標の設定、達成状況の確認報告、LeanやGlobal Initiativeの導入に伴う、生産性の改善、新ツールの導入、庫内作業の標準化が対象Scopeとなります。上記のScopeのいずれかにおいてPerformし、Sort Centerの生産性を前年比5%以上改善することを期待します。特に、生産性改善の既存・新規Projectに対して、現場への落とし込みや定着の面からご活躍いただくことを想定しています。Amazon庫内の生産性改善によって、より低コストでSustainableな顧客体験を実現してみませんか？（※勤務地は品川シーサイドオフィスになります。）

Key job responsibilities
・各Sort Center拠点の生産性目標の設定
・生産性目標達成状況の確認報告
・LeanやGlobal Initiativeの導入に伴う、生産性の改善
・新ツールの導入
・庫内作業の標準化

上記いずれかの責任範囲において、生産性や標準化に関するKPIの改善Ownerとなっていただきます。

9:30-10:30 Sort CenterのDaily Business Review参加
10:30-12:00 各拠点の生産性達成状況の確認と深堀
12:00-13:00 Lunch
13:00-16:00 Lean（改善活動）の実施
16:00-17:00 Weeklyの生産性達成状況と翌週Planの共有
17:00-18:30 諸Document作成

Basic qualifications

- 2+ years of program or project management experience

Preferred qualifications

- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
