Job Description:

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Procurement Operations Analyst, located in Manila, Philippines.

The Procurement Operations Analyst supports the execution of procurement programs, processes, and operational activities that help ensure the efficient acquisition of goods and services across the business. This role partners with procurement colleagues and internal stakeholders to support category strategies, process improvements, supplier-related activities, and data-driven decision making. The position offers an excellent opportunity to develop procurement expertise while contributing to operational excellence and business performance. 

Key Responsibilities

• Support procurement projects, programs, and operational processes aligned with business and category strategies. 

• Apply foundational procurement knowledge to execute procedures, plans, and day-to-day activities. 

• Assist with implementing procurement initiatives and continuous improvement programs under guidance from senior team members. 

• Contribute to project deliverables and operational activities supporting procurement objectives. 

• Perform basic data analysis to identify trends and support procurement decision making. 

• Participate in the communication and implementation of procurement-related business goals and improvements. 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and support procurement solutions. 

• Monitor procurement activities and support alignment with service, quality, reliability, innovation, and growth objectives. 

• Uphold the Johnson & Johnson Credo and Leadership Imperatives in all interactions and activities. 
  

Qualifications & Education

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, Operations, or a related discipline.
  

Preferred:

• Advanced coursework or specialization in Procurement, Supply Chain, Analytics, or Operations Management.
  

Experience and Skills:

Required:

• 0-2 years of relevant work experience. 

• Understanding of procurement, sourcing, supply chain, finance, or business operations principles.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment.

• Attention to detail and commitment to process compliance.
  

Preferred:

• Experience supporting procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or supplier management activities.

• Exposure to ERP or procurement systems such as SAP, Ariba, or similar platforms.

• Experience using data analysis and reporting tools.

• Knowledge of procurement processes and category management concepts.

• Experience supporting process improvement initiatives.

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Familiarity with supplier performance or purchasing metrics.
  

Other:

• Language: Fluent English communication skills required.

• Travel: Up to 10% domestic and/or international travel, as business needs require.

• Certifications: Procurement or supply chain certifications (e.g., CPSM, CSCP, CIPS) preferred.
