Product Led Growth Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Led Growth Manager based in India.

This is a high-impact growth product role focused on building and optimizing self-serve acquisition journeys for technical audiences.
You’ll own the customer funnel from signup and trial through activation, conversion, expansion, and product-led sales handoffs.
You’ll also serve as product owner for the website and application experience, shaping priorities and working closely with engineering and design.
The role combines product management, experimentation, analytics, lifecycle growth, and developer-focused experiences.
You’ll work with engineers, data teams, AI builders, marketing, customer success, RevOps, and sales to turn insights into measurable growth.
The environment is remote-first, globally distributed, highly autonomous, and focused on rapid experimentation and iterative delivery.
Success will be measured through improvements in activation, paid conversion, self-serve revenue, expansion, funnel velocity, and qualified sales opportunities.
