Job Description:

Responsible for

  • item master file update
  • Subcon mfg  item BOM updated
  • Material planning
  • Capacity planning
  • Master schedule planning
  • Subcon supplier cycle count and inventory adjustment.
  • Purchased order / Production order management, work and communicate with intercompany 3M , 3PM Supplier, In-house production and subcon supplier.
  • Problem finding and solving.
  • Regularly compile production reports and analyze related data per requested
  • Execute and complete assigned tasks
  • Coordinate operations of production, procurement, warehousing, and business departments.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in production planning, production control, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
  • Knowledge of production planning concepts, inventory control, and capacity planning.
  • Experience using ERP/MRP systems, SAP proficiency preferred.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and data analysis,
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • 6 years or above of work experience
