Project Manager , CES - Change Management

Working within the Client Engagement Services Strategy and Programs team, you will support and drive organizational change initiatives that enable the successful adoption of strategic programs, process improvements, and technology transformations. You will partner with business, product, technology, and operational teams to develop and execute change management plans that drive stakeholder engagement, user adoption, and measurable business outcomes. In addition, you will provide project and program management support for key strategic initiatives, ensuring effective planning, coordination, and execution.
Role Description
- Support the development and execution of Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies and plans for cross-functional business transformation, process improvement, and technology initiatives.
- Conduct stakeholder assessments, impact analyses, and change readiness evaluations to identify adoption risks, opportunities, and required interventions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain change management deliverables including change plans, communication plans, stakeholder engagement plans, training materials, and adoption strategies.
- Partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, and project teams to drive awareness, understanding, and adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.
- Coordinate and support change communications across stakeholder groups, ensuring messaging is timely, clear, audience-appropriate, and aligned with project objectives.
- Assist in the design, coordination, and delivery of training and enablement activities to prepare impacted teams for successful implementation and sustained adoption.
- Develop and track change success metrics, adoption KPIs, stakeholder feedback, and post-launch performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations to improve business outcomes.
- Monitor implementation results after go-live, identify adoption gaps or resistance points, and partner with stakeholders to implement continuous improvement actions that increase change effectiveness and long-term sustainability.
- Provide project and program management support including project planning, risk tracking, milestone management, status reporting, meeting facilitation, and action item follow-up for strategic initiatives.
- Foster operational excellence and advance standard methodologies by continuously improving change management, project management, and program governance practices based on industry best practices.
- Partner effectively with data and analytics teams to measure program outcomes, evaluate change effectiveness, and generate insights that inform decision-making.
- Design and deliver presentations, project updates, and change management communications to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Education
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or Analytics as a minimum. Masters degree preferred but not required.
Professional Experience
- 2-3 years of professional experience in project management, change management, business operations, consulting, human resources, communications, organizational effectiveness, or a related field.
- Experience supporting cross-functional projects, business transformation initiatives, process improvement efforts, or technology implementations is preferred.
- Exposure to change management methodologies and frameworks such as Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, or similar approaches is preferred.
- Nice to have certifications or coursework in Project Management, Change Management, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Design Thinking, or related disciplines.

- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and collaborate across teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop presentations, training materials, and executive-ready communications.
- Ability to analyze stakeholder needs, gather feedback, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage project documentation, timelines, deliverables, and follow-through.
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Familiarity with project and collaboration tools such as Adobe Workfront, SharePoint, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to proactively identify risks, barriers, and opportunities for improvement.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track metrics, measure outcomes, and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution while maintaining a strong customer and employee experience focus.
