What will you do?

• Lead portfolio financial monitoring, including plan-versus-actual performance, budget utilization and key portfolio Finance-cycle inputs.
• Lead month-end portfolio financial processes and billing, coordinating with vendors for detailed invoicing, and updating financials in Clarity to reflect actuals versus forecasts
• Supporting Program Directors and Senior Managers with daily project management activities, including status reporting, JIRA management, and project documentation.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives) to ensure adherence to timeboxes and agile principles.
• Ensure the team follows Scrum practices, monitor and report on team metrics including velocity, burndown charts, and sprint progress.  and adapts processes as needed.
• Collaborate within the team to evolve standard project management tools, templates and practices / routines (i.e. project/portfolio reporting).
  

What do you need to succeed?
Must Have

• Ideally 3 years as a Project Control Officer, and/or Scrum Master experience which includes both waterfall and agile projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively deliver an impactful story that resonates and engages key stakeholders at all levels; excellent data visualization skills
• Advanced skills in standard project management tools:  MIS, Planview SaaS, MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Excel and PowerPoint

Nice to Have

• Scrum Master certificate/training
• Macros/VBA certificate/training
