Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide project administrative services at the business level. Each day, you will perform project administrative activities. You will also showcase your expertise by providing backup support to the team in case of workload.

The work model for the role is: onsite/hybrid

This role is contributing to the ABB Australia Process Industries Division, base in Brisbane.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Coordinate project delivery activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in line with contractual requirements.
• Manage procurement, resource coordination, and supplier engagement to support efficient project execution.
• Monitor project performance, budgets, risks, and schedules, providing accurate reporting and recommending corrective actions where required.
• Maintain project financials, invoicing, SAP updates, and documentation, ensuring accurate records and successful project closure.

Qualifications for the role

• You are in highly skilled in Contract Management and SAP and you enjoy working within a team
• 10 years of experience in Project Administration
• Highly adept in Financial Analysis, Cost Control, Contract Management, Risk Mitigation, Cash Flow Management, SAP ERP (PS, SD, CS), Microsoft Office, Stakeholder Communication, Budget Planning, Report Analysis, ABB BOL.
• You are passionate about your role and innovative in making changes to improve processes
• Degree or Have a demonstrated track record in Business Administration and Finance

The Process Industries Division serves the mining, minerals processing, metals, cement, pulp and paper, battery manufacturing, and food and beverage, as well as their associated service industries. The Division brings deep industry domain expertise coupled with the ability to integrate both automation and electrical systems, increase productivity and reduce overall capital and operating costs for customers. For mining, metals and cement customers, solutions include specialized products and services, as well as total production systems. The Division designs, plans, engineers, supplies, installs and commissions integrated electrical and motion systems, including electric equipment, drives, motors, high power rectifiers and equipment for automation and supervisory control within a variety of areas including mineral handling, mining operations, aluminum smelting, hot and cold steel applications and cement production. The offering for the pulp and paper industries includes control systems, quality control systems, drive systems, on-line sensors, actuators and field instruments. Digitalization solutions, including collaborative operations and augmented reality, help improve plant and enterprise productivity, and reduce maintenance and energy costs.

Salary range: $85,000 to $95,000
