Regional Sales Manager

This is a high-impact sales leadership opportunity focused on growing architectural engineered building products across the Western United States. You’ll lead a network of direct sales professionals and independent manufacturer representatives while driving profitable revenue growth across a diverse territory. The role combines strategic sales leadership with hands-on technical support, customer engagement, and influence across complex construction projects. You’ll work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, distributors, and other decision-makers to increase product specifications and secure project opportunities. Success will require strong commercial judgment, technical understanding, and the ability to develop a high-performing sales organization. With approximately 30% travel, this role offers a strong field presence while remaining remote-based.
