Repair Assistant EMF (f/m/d)

Your Role & Responsibilities

Use your technical skills and attention to detail to ensure that electronic assemblies meet our high quality standards. By identifying and resolving defects, you will contribute to stable and reliable production processes.

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

The work model for the role is: onsite in day shift.

· Repair and rework electronic assemblies in accordance with IPC-A-610 and IPC-A-7711
· Perform visual inspections as well as microscope and X-ray inspections of assembled printed circuit boards
· Identify, systematically record and document defects and recurring failure patterns
· Analyze and resolve root causes of defects to ensure a smooth ICT process

What it takes to Run what runs the world

· Completed technical education or vocational training (apprenticeship, technical school or comparable qualification)
· Technical understanding and experience in electronics manufacturing
· Soldering skills are an advantage
· Careful, precise and quality-conscious approach to work
· Commitment and interest in working in a structured manner
· Good communication and collaboration skills
· Good German skills, both written and spoken, to ensure a clear understanding of work instructions

The minimum compensation, in accordance with the electrical and electronics industry collective agreement, is 39,488.96 EUR annually for a full-time position as of May 2026. But we would be pleased to speak in person about your compensation package in relation to your qualifications and experience!
