Job Description

Mission :
Garantir la gestion, la sécurisation et le pilotage des opérations de financement du réseau de distribution, en assurant la qualité des traitements, la maîtrise des risques, le respect des procédures et la performance des activités de crédit réseau et d’affacturage.

Principales responsabilités :

Superviser les opérations de crédit réseau et d’affacturage.
Assurer le suivi des plafonds de financement et des extra-limites.
Garantir la fiabilité des clôtures, reportings et provisions.
Piloter les contrôles opérationnels et veiller au respect des procédures.
Coordonner les contrôles de stocks et le suivi des prestataires.
Participer aux projets d'amélioration continue et de digitalisation.
Encadrer et développer l’équipe Back Office Crédit Réseau

Champ d'interaction :

Directions Financements Réseau, Risques, Comptabilité, Contrôle de Gestion et Réseau Commercial.
Prestataires externes et partenaires opérationnels.

Indicateurs de performance :

Respect des délais de clôture et de reporting.
Qualité et fiabilité des opérations traitées.
Niveau de maîtrise des risques opérationnels.
Respect des procédures et exigences de contrôle interne.
Performance et développement de l’équipe.

Profil recherché :

Bac+5 en Finance, Gestion, Comptabilité ou équivalent.
Expérience confirmée dans le financement, le crédit ou les opérations bancaires.
Solides compétences en analyse financière et gestion des risques.
Rigueur, sens de l'organisation et capacité à manager une équipe.
Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et de reporting.
